Working at Value Added Packaging has given me so much opportunity to learn and grow. It’s not a typical corporate setting where they try to maximize profits with disregard to customers, we build genuine relationships with every customer we work with. We focus on what we can do to make our customers’ lives easier, so they can focus on what they do best. My job duties consist of doing just that. I work with our customers to ensure that we give them the best service we can to alleviate the stresses of packaging. I consistently work with each department within our company (Scheduling, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics) to accommodate to the needs of our customers. That’s why they call me the Relationship Builder!
