As the Advocate for Customer Care, I am responsible for maintaining all processing and communications of all orders for our largest customer. With 35+ years’ experience in multiple unique industries, I have never seen dedication like VAP has to its customers, the VAP Way and the Elite Customer Care Standards.

Production, Assembly, Warehousing, and the Office Teams work collectively to arrive at the same end, Customer Satisfaction! It’s amazing! There are no moments of singular efforts, we are a TEAM!

The culture that exists at VAP allows for personals goals but with a solid group of people ready to support and contribute in any way possible. I am better for it and our Customers are the beneficiaries!
