UntitledAs Customer Service Extraordinaire at Value Added Packaging, it is my responsibility to go into Gotham each day and help my customers. To provide the best service as I can and always find a way to help. Being a super hero is exhausting work, just ask my buddy Batman. Your motivation can be tested each day. How does a super hero stay on top of his game?

If you look at how most people work, they certainly have a commitment to getting the job done, but not necessarily to doing things in a super hero manner. By simply making the decision to do everything as well as you can, you not only get a better performance but yourself worth, self-image and your desire to excel drives your newly found motivation. Regardless of the environment you’re surrounded with, keep to your standards of providing the best “ME” to your customers.

It is very easy to be pulled down into sub-par efforts with examples around the workplace that provide mediocre performances. Just as a team in sports, if one player starts to slack, many will follow. It takes a leader or captain to keep the team focused on the goal or task at hand. Take time to reflect each day that you are “Unstoppable”! Find your reasons to make the effort count each morning. These thoughts can become your armor for the day and help protect you during your battles with villains in Gotham.

Always remember that the effort doesn’t always match the strengths. Focus on what you do “GREAT” and the rest will follow.
